This design is a job I did for Carlcare services. Let me take you through the design process. 

First I opened a 1200 x 1200 document with white background in Photoshop. Then I downloaded the smart phones and the brand logo online ( all in PNG format).

Next up, I drew a circle shape and filled it with color blue and I added a green stroke to it.

After that, I dragged the circle to the left hand side of the document.

Finally, I typed the write up.
